Where to begin with Brynn & Patrick?!

Let’s talk about how these two have known each other since they were in middle school, and have been “boyfriend & girlfriend” since 8th freakin’ grade. I grew up 6 houses away from Patrick, but didn’t have the honor of calling him a friend until we were lucky enough to shoot together, thanks to our mutual friend Caylen.

Caylen bought Brynn & Patrick an engagement session with me about a year before their wedding, and BOY DO I OWE HER. Brynn and Patrick are my love role-models. They love each other out-loud. They seem as though they were literally created for each other, and they bring each so much joy and goodness.

Their wedding was the most emotional ceremony I’ve ever photographed. I truly think that from the moment he saw her to the moment they sealed their “I do’s” with a kiss, Patrick never stopped crying. It was so clear that this man had envisioned Brynn as the love of his life and his entire future for so long.. and he couldn’t control his emotions. His friends were crying, their families were crying, heck— I was crying.

The rest of the day was just as beautiful as the ceremony. Their first dance to ‘Grow Old With You” from The Wedding Singer was one of 30,239 highlights of their wedding day— set on a mountain overlooking all of Malibu… casually.

I am honored to call them friends & cannot wait to photograph them (hopefully) at least a hundred times in the future.
