The Martinses // Malibu Family Photos

I met the beautiful Martins family down in Malibu on their mom’s birthday! Bisi was glowing with bday energy, and we spent the evening giggling & splashing across the beach. Dad may have gotten attacked in a tickle / hug fight or two…

One blessing in the haze of dozens of cancelled weddings was that this year I got to photograph SO many more families than usual. The two little ladies in this family were so fun to work with. I forget sometimes juuuust how great it is to work with kids—they were having tickle battles, chasing each other in circles, sprinting to and from the water, and laughing at every turn.

I was so happy to get to spend an evening with the birthday mama & her family, and was THRILLED when we got the perfect glowy sunset for photos on her big day.
